Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT) and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment and operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ready to work 6 days a week with 2nd Saturday off every month
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Preferred Male member.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
