Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Connaught Place. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the company's long-term goals. Daily tasks include developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, leading employment branding initiatives, and performing interviews and assessments. The role also involves extending job offers and collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and interviewing
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and employment branding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
