About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who can help us grow our IT recruitment business.
Your main job will be to bring new clients who need help hiring IT professionals — both for permanent and contract roles. You'll work closely with our internal recruitment team to understand client needs and make sure we deliver the right talent on time.
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with companies that need IT hiring or staffing support.
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and IT managers.
- Understand client hiring needs and suggest the right recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
- Work with our delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Keep track of leads, contacts, and progress through regular reporting.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Represent Siprahub at job fairs, events, or meetings as needed.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–8 years of experience in sales or business development for IT recruitment or staffing.
- Good understanding of IT job roles, hiring processes, and client needs.
- A network of HR or hiring managers in the IT industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Open to travel when required.
