Business Development Executive – IT Staffing / Resource Augmentation
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In-office role)
- Experience: 4–5 Years (Business Development in IT Staffing/Resource Augmentation)
- Qualification: Graduate in Tech/Business/Marketing (preferred)
- Salary: 12-16 LPA+ Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients for IT staffing and resource augmentation services
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation to follow-ups to closure
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Record and manage lead activities using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Account Management, Technical) to deliver solutions
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in business development (IT staffing/resource augmentation)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal conversion
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office
- Strong technical acumen & ability to propose IT staffing solutions
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and team player
