Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT staffing and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring successful delivery in partnership with internal recruitment teams and staffing vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition and retention of clients in IT staffing
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for contract staffing opportunities
- Identify new business prospects and pitch staffing solutions
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and external staffing partners for talent fulfilment
- Prepare, maintain, and present weekly/monthly sales reports
- Build and expand professional relationships within the local market
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in IT staffing / contract staffing sales
- Proven success in client acquisition and achieving revenue targets
- Hands-on experience working with staffing agencies or fulfilment partners
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain and track sales progress using reports and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred)
- Good documentation and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Broader professional network in local/regional market
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
