Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities in the IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing services

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and hiring managers

Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, and referrals

Pitch IT staffing solutions to potential clients and close deals

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements

Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT staffing business development

Strong network of contacts in the IT industry (clients, hiring managers, HR leaders)

Experience in handling contract, permanent, and project-based staffing

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
