CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (80% Fixed + 20% Variable)
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on achieving annual sales targets, building and converting a qualified sales pipeline, collaborating with OEMs and channel partners, and driving consistent business growth through effective client engagement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve assigned annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying new clients.
- Progress opportunities through the sales cycle to close successful deals.
- Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to cross-sell and close business opportunities.
- Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports for business performance tracking and internal discussions.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in Cloud Solutions, Technology, or SaaS.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and convert leads independently.
- Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and deal closure.
- Experience collaborating with OEMs, distributors, or channel partners.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and analyze sales reports effectively.
Good to Have
- Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred).
- Understanding of technical products or cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and enterprise customer behavior.
