Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategic growth plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with different departments to ensure successful execution of business strategies. Additionally, the role involves monitoring industry trends, attending networking events, and reporting on business development activities.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research skills
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Development
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in developing Proposals, Reports, and Business Plans
- Project Management and Coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
- Experience in the franchise or consultancy industry is a plus
