About the Role
This position focuses on accelerating business growth within the IT staffing and staff augmentation domain. You will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals—while nurturing strong client relationships and working closely with internal teams and staffing partners to deliver tailored workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve the annual sales targets.
- Build a robust pipeline by prospecting clients for staff augmentation/contract staffing requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and maintain long-term client relationships for cross-selling.
- Collaborate with staffing vendors/recruitment agencies to source relevant profiles for client requirements.
- Generate, track, and maintain weekly/monthly sales reports for internal business reviews.
- Maintain strong industry connections within the local market.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 4–8 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in IT staffing or contract staffing.
- Experience working with staffing partners/recruitment agencies for talent fulfilment.
- Ability to plan and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Proven capability in prospecting and building a sales pipeline.
- Strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling.
- Ability to generate and maintain sales reports for internal reviews.
Good to Have
- Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A broader professional network within the city/region.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
