Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice), you will:

  • Handle customer queries via email and chat promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Meet performance metrics around response time, quality, and resolution.

  • Continuously update yourself with product knowledge and process changes.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Previous experience in email/chat support preferred
Excellent written communication skills
Good typing speed and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable with Work from Office (no remote/hybrid)

  • Shift: Rotational (including weekends, with weekly offs)
