Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support to manage customer queries, provide prompt assistance, and ensure an excellent customer service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 Months - 2 Years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹29,595.69 per month
