Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the Customer Support Executive (Kannada Process) role in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and undergraduates from anywhere in India to start their career in the customer service industry.

Candidates must have good communication skills in Kannada and English and should be willing to relocate to Indore after selection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over calls or chat.
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to meet process goals.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Must be proficient in Kannada and English.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Indore immediately after selection.

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹25,000 per month.
  • Take-home Salary: ₹19,000 (initial) → ₹21,000 (after 3 months).
  • Benefits: ₹10,000 relocation bonus (after 90 days), free travel ticket, and 15 days free accommodation.
  • Working Mode: Work from Office – Indore.
