Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Associate, based in Indore. The role involves identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting market research to analyze prospects, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, and building strong communication channels to maintain long-term client relationships. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and assess potential clients
  • Strong Presentation and Presentations skills to effectively showcase solutions to clients
  • Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to build productive collaborations across teams and departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in customer engagement or business development roles is an advantage
