Business Development Associate

- You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities (IT sales), building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies with market needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and understanding of software solutions is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels.
