Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Business Development Associate
to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced tech environment and contribute directly to the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies with market needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and understanding of software solutions is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels.
