Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in leading or managing a team. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of junior sales representatives, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a small sales team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business success.
