Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Chat Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, specifically in chat support. The role involves providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Chat Support: Handle customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively address customer inquiries. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the support system. Ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions during chat interactions. Communicate relevant feedback to the team and management for continuous improvement. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve personal and team performance. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in chat support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or related role, with a focus on chat support preferred. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools (e.g., live chat platforms, CRM systems). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Works in Rotational Shifts (24/7) Work from Office
