Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Costing & Tendering Executive with a strong technical background in electrical panel estimation and tendering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, handling tender documents, and coordinating with clients and suppliers to deliver competitive techno-commercial offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare costing and estimation for:

  • Indoor VCB Panels, Compact Substations, and Control Relay Panels

  • LT Panels: PCC, MCC, APFC, DG Synchronization, Distribution Boards (up to 6300A)

  • Bus Ducts, Cable Trays, IT Server Racks, and EV Chargers

  • Analyze tender specifications, SLDs, and customer requirements.

  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers within deadlines.
  • Manage RFP/RFI responses and ensure bid accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for price lists and product selection.
  • Conduct client follow-ups for technical/commercial discussions.
  • Maintain tender and costing records in Excel and ERP.
  • Report daily on bids submitted, offers in hand, and project updates.
  • Support sales and management in achieving order targets through effective estimation.
  • Willingness to travel for technical and commercial closures.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Costing, Estimation, and Tendering (Electrical Panels / Switchgear).
  • Strong understanding of LT/HT Panel Design, GA Drawings, Control Circuits, and Tender Specs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas) and ERP systems.
  • Familiar with Teams, Zoom, AnyDesk, and other online tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a Bid to Win" approach.
  • Local language fluency and own vehicle preferred.
