Role Overview

As an Email & Chat Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering quick, clear, and empathetic resolutions through written communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries via email & live chat with professionalism and empathy

  • Draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct responses

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolution

  • Use modern tools (including AI platforms) to speed up and improve accuracy

  • Take complete ownership of cases until closure, escalating only when necessary

  • Document recurring issues to support process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with strong communication skills

  • Excellent written English (clarity, grammar, tone)

  • Basic Excel skills (formulas, data handling, reporting preferred)

  • Strong analytical ability to understand problems & suggest logical solutions

  • Ability to work independently with ownership mindset

  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting/summarizing

  • High customer empathy and problem-solving approach
