Position Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic and visionary Business Development Specialist
who can drive growth in the emerging space of
modular living and kinetic architecture
.

The ideal candidate will blend a
strategic mindset
with a
hands-on approach
, building partnerships, engaging clients, and positioning SpaCyPhy as a leader in the modular living revolution.

You will work closely with our product, design, and operations teams to take SpaCyPhy's offerings — from kinetic furniture to fully modular living units — to
real estate developers, interior design firms, corporates, and urban mobility projects
.

Key Responsibilities
: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
modular architecture, furniture innovation, and smart living
sectors.

  • Create go-to-market strategies for
    Kinetic Furniture, SpaCyPhy Retrofit
    , and
    Plug N Play
    solutions.
  • Research and map potential B2B and B2C market segments (real estate developers, co-living, hospitality, urban homes).
  • Develop pricing strategies, business models, and value propositions for different client verticals.

Sales & Parnterships

  • Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle — from outreach to closure.
  • Build partnerships with
    real estate firms, interior designers, architects, and furniture retailers
    .
  • Engage with early adopters and innovators to pilot SpaCyPhy solutions.
  • Negotiate MoUs, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Represent SpaCyPhy in client meetings, trade shows, and digital events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and case studies.
  • Conduct product demos and showcase the
    kinetic living experience
    to potential clients.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to influence product development and marketing narratives.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Architecture, Design Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
    — preferably in
    real estate, interiors, furniture, or prop-tech.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of modular design, sustainability trends, and user experience in living spaces.
  • Comfort working in a startup-like, fast-evolving environment.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.
