Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting comprehensive market research, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting the team in achieving business goals. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities in alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, market trends, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to convey ideas, negotiate with clients, and collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition to support business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in conducting market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.
- Customer service expertise to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry or related sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
