The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions. This role involves promoting our training programs, building long-term relationships with educational stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of tie-ups to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach colleges, universities, and institutions for potential partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, placement officers, department heads).

Present and promote training programs, workshops, and certifications to institutions.

Work with the internal team to customize training proposals as per institutional needs.

Track and achieve business development targets and partnership goals.

Organize and represent the company in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and networking events.

Gather feedback from institutions to enhance program offerings.

Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and ongoing partnerships using CRM/Excel.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or training/education sector.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to connect with senior academic stakeholders and decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Knowledge of the training/ed-tech/education ecosystem is a plus.
