Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner located in Mumbai. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, managing recruitment and onboarding, developing employee engagement strategies, handling employee relations and implementing performance management systems. The role also involves developing training programs, maintaining HR records, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

* Partner with business leaders to design and deliver people strategies aligned with growth priorities

* Enable workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for sales teams

* Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance enhancement initiatives

* Provide data-driven insights and HR metrics to influence decision-making

* Manage employee relations and ensure a high-performance, compliant work culture

* Support capability building and leadership development for future-ready teams

What We're Looking For:

3–7 years of experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles, preferably in sales-intensive organizations

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate

Proven expertise in driving HR interventions like engagement, performance management & talent strategy

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Academic excellence — minimum 80% in both 10th & 12th
