  • Act as a strategic partner to the B2B Sales leadership team by aligning people strategy with business goals.

  • Support organizational design, role structuring, and manpower planning to drive business performance.

Performance & Productivity

  • Drive the performance management process for the sales team—goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
