Personal Assistant to Director

Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director will provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient functioning of the HR and Marketing departments. This role involves close coordination with departmental teams, handling confidential information, preparing reports, managing schedules, and ensuring timely execution of the Director's directives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support to Director:
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all professional matters.
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely completion by concerned departments.
2. HR Coordination:
- Directly manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities and track attendance.
3. Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, content approval, and promotional activities as directed.
- Ensure timely follow-up on branding, digital marketing, and client outreach initiatives.
- Assist in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
- Manage communication between the Director and the creative/marketing teams.
4. Administrative & Communication Support:
- Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of key communications and decisions.
- Support in organizing business meetings, reviews, and client visits.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR/CRM tools.
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration in HR, or Marketing or Both.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an executive or assistant role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Prior experience in HR or marketing coordination will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
