Job description

We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant (Female) to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

● Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion.

● Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.

● Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

● Liaise with internal departments and external clients on behalf of the Managing Director.

● Support in project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks.

● Maintain office records, files, and other administrative systems.

● Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

● Handle personal tasks related to the Managing Director when required.

Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

● Experience: 2–5 years as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Secretary to senior management.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

● Professional attitude, confidentiality, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹36,704.20 per month
