Job Title: Personal Assistant to Dean
Location: Topsia, Kolkata
Experience: 15-16 years
About the Institution:
We are a reputed management college in Kolkata, committed to providing excellence in education, research, and professional development. We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to the Dean to support the administrative and academic operations of the Deans office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Dean, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, draft emails, memos, and official communications.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases related to academic and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Dean.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and academic documentation.
- Manage appointments, visitors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Deans office.
- Support in event coordination, meeting logistics, and minutes of meetings.
- Handle office communication with discretion, accuracy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration, Management, or English).
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Prior experience as a PA or EA to a senior official (Head/Director/Dean preferred) candidates preferred
