Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Jeevan Rekha Hospital, located in West Bengal, India. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing the CEO's diary, providing personal assistance, and performing clerical tasks. The role involves coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and maintaining records. The Personal Assistant will ensure efficient operation of the CEO's office and support in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills
  • Clerical Skills and ability to handle correspondences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage calendar, negotiate and engage Vendors
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred

Healthcare experience preferred
