Responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives for B2B partnerships across OEMs, private label clients, industrial buyers and international clients.
Strategic Business Development
Key account management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Sales metrics and analysis
Preferred candidate profile
A strong background in the lubricants industry, particularly in automotive oils, greases, coolants, and industrial lubricants, with hands-on experience in managing large accounts and building new markets is highly preferred.
Education: BBA / B.Com or equivalent
Experience of working in lubricant industry for minimum 3 years
Proficiency in:
- ERP systems, MS Excel
- Managing B2B client base
- Established network with OEMs
