We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales, build strategic partnerships, and generate high-quality leads and projects from USA, UK, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation
  • Drive new business opportunities for Website Development, Mobile Applications, AI Solutions, Full Stack Development, and other IT Software Services.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients, with a primary focus on USA, UK, and international markets.
  • Guide the marketing/lead generation team in planning and executing campaigns for inbound & outbound leads.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through networking, digital outreach, and industry events.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs and pitch suitable IT services.
  • Regularly engage with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies tailored to diverse buyer personas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and international market behavior.
  • Represent Platominds at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Deal Management & Reporting
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, to successful closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.

  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of overall Sales/Marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years in IT Services Sales.
  • Proven track record of selling Website Development, SaaS, or IT Services to mid-size/large enterprises, preferably in the USA/UK market.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to travel internationally if required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in demand generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies, digital marketing funnels, and IT service landscapes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹650,000.00 per year
