We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales, build strategic partnerships, and generate high-quality leads and projects from USA, UK, and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Drive new business opportunities for Website Development, Mobile Applications, AI Solutions, Full Stack Development, and other IT Software Services.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients, with a primary focus on USA, UK, and international markets.
- Guide the marketing/lead generation team in planning and executing campaigns for inbound & outbound leads.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through networking, digital outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs and pitch suitable IT services.
- Regularly engage with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies tailored to diverse buyer personas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and international market behavior.
- Represent Platominds at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Deal Management & Reporting
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, to successful closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of overall Sales/Marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years in IT Services Sales.
- Proven track record of selling Website Development, SaaS, or IT Services to mid-size/large enterprises, preferably in the USA/UK market.
- Strong networking skills and ability to travel internationally if required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in demand generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies, digital marketing funnels, and IT service landscapes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350, ₹650,000.00 per year
