Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate B2B Business Development Manager to represent our brand to potential customers, HNI clients, builders, architects, and interior designers while bringing in business through exceptional service. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new relationships, and achieving seasonal sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Cocoon Fine Rugs effectively as a Business Development Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers to generate business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed seasonal sales targets and overall business goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining in-depth knowledge of our product range, trends, and collections.
  • Manage accounts from sell-in appointments, order processing, deliveries, and payment follow- ups.
  • Continually analyze customer sell-through, highlight opportunities for repeat business, and address concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Team to create strategies that support business growth and client expansion.
  • Build and maintain a strong foundation in your geographic territory, understanding regional customer needs.
  • Travel across the assigned region to meet potential clients and convert opportunities into business.

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience in luxury interiors/home décor/home furnishing industries (a strong network of A-Category Interior Designers is essential).
  • Direct sales experience with HNI clients, builders, architects and interior designers/(not dealer/distributor/channel sales).
  • Strong negotiation, social, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to exceed targets under deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Confidence to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • A personal database of architects and interior designers is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
