**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
