Are you an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record in US staffing? We are looking for a dynamic BDM to drive growth in Non-IT sectors like Pharma, Manufacturing, and Light Industries.
- Position: Business Development Manager – US Staffing (Remote)
- Domain: US Staffing (VMS/MSP/SOW) – Non-IT Clients (Pharma, Manufacturing, Light Industries)
- Experience: 3–8 years in US staffing business development

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Non-IT sectors such as Pharma, Manufacturing, and Light Industries.
- Drive engagements through VMS/MSP/SOW models.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, HR heads, Procurement).
- Develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations that convert opportunities into business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
- Proven experience in US staffing business development, especially targeting non-IT clients.
- Strong understanding of VMS/MSP/SOW engagement models.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
