**About the Role**

**THAtha Business Development LLP (India)**, the Indian division of **Quakka for Good LLC (USA)**, is looking for a passionate and resourceful Social Media Intern. This role is ideal for someone eager to blend creativity with purpose, helping to tell impactful stories and build engaged online communities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Social Strategies**: Create tailored content approaches for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- **Manage Editorial Calendar**: Plan and schedule content monthly, with a focus on storytelling and user engagement.
- **Craft Written Content**: Produce clear, compelling captions and short-form posts.
- **Design Coordination**: Use tools like Canva or collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content.
- **Monitor Analytics**: Track content performance and contribute ideas for optimization.
- **Identify Trends**: Stay informed on social media updates and suggest new content formats.
- **Engage with Audience**: Respond to messages and comments while encouraging meaningful interactions.
- **Support Campaigns**: Assist in running key initiatives and spotlighting important stories.
- **Assist with Reporting**: Help compile monthly insights and performance summaries.
- **Maintain Brand Voice**: Ensure consistency across all content in terms of tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn, including features and content best practices.
- Excellent writing skills with a talent for storytelling.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Familiar with Canva and basic content scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Suite).
- Reliable, self-starter with good organizational skills.
- Interest in branding, social innovation, and intergenerational initiatives.
- Must have access to a personal laptop and stable internet for remote work.
