Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business development activities of the organization and expanding the sales business. Your key role will involve generating new business opportunities and managing marketing and customer service activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies for marketing and customer relations activities
- Managing the sales functions of the business
- Providing feedback on sales-related topics to company leadership
- Planning and coordinating the penetration of new markets
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in C2C Outsourcing Contracts
