Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Actionables

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

· Target: Achieve 1.2 million annual revenue from international clients (architecture firms, contractors, developers, product companies).

· Actionables:

o Generate minimum 40 qualified leads per month via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.

o Book and deliver at least 2 qualified meetings per day.

o Achieve a monthly sales closure target of 5–8 new clients.

o Drive a minimum of 15% MoM revenue growth in the first year.

2. Client Acquisition & Expansion

· Target: Build a portfolio of 50+ active international clients in Year 1.

· Actionables:

o Create a strategic outreach calendar for USA, UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific markets.

o Close at least 3 long-term outsourcing contracts per quarter.

o Upsell and cross-sell additional services (3D visualization, Revit modeling, configurators).

o Maintain client retention rate of 80%+.

3. Market Development

· Target: Establish Collective AEC as a go-to outsourcing partner for Revit & 3D visualization.

· Actionables:

o Build strategic partnerships with architecture firms, real estate developers, and digital agencies.

o Represent the company in at least 6 international online events/forums annually.

o Conduct quarterly competitor and market analysis to refine sales pitch.

4. Sales Process & CRM

· Target: Streamline lead-to-deal pipeline with conversion rate of 20%+.

· Actionables:

o Manage all leads through HubSpot CRM with daily updates.

o Create a weekly sales report highlighting pipeline value, meetings, proposals, and closures.

o Shorten sales cycle to ≤ 45 days average.

5. Leadership & Growth

· Target: Build a scalable sales function within Collective AEC.

· Actionables:

o Train and mentor junior sales executives within 12 months.

o Create playbooks for LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and proposal templates.

o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client goals are met 100% on time.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Design, Marketing, or related field.

· 5+ years in international B2B sales, preferably outsourcing, BIM, or visualization services.

· Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.

· Fluent in English communication (verbal + written).

· High performer with a proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Bonus Points For:

· Sales experience in architecture, BIM, IT services, or visualization solutions.

· Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, or 3D workflows.

· Previous client base in architecture, construction, real estate, or product companies.
