Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition Manager – IT Staffing

  • Role: Consultant/ Part time (Remote) (Preference: India-based professionals)

  • Experience: 5-8 years in IT staffing (client acquisition, bench sales, or vendor management)

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Client Acquisition – Secure Prime Vendor, Direct Client, and MSP partnerships to obtain direct IT staffing requirements.

End-to-End Sales & Business Development – Own the sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, and contract finalization to post-sale relationship management.

Outsourcing & Talent Sourcing – Identify opportunities to outsource IT resources and fulfill client needs with top-tier talent.

Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and decision-makers to ensure consistent business flow.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing models, and client hiring needs to develop tailored sales strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or vendor management in the US IT staffing industry.

Strong network with Prime Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients.

Ability to generate new business and expand existing partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Experience placing bench candidates (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, USC).

Familiarity with CRM tools and vendor management systems.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
