**Job Title: Social Media Intern (Part-Time / Remote)**
**Stipend: ₹4,000 per month**
**Start Date: Immediate**
**Duration: 3 to 6 months**

We are looking for a self-motivated and creative **Social Media Intern** to join our team. If you love storytelling, enjoy experimenting with content, and want to work with a purpose-driven brand that values human connections, this role is for you.

As a Social Media Intern, you will work independently to manage and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. You will play a key role in building our digital identity and helping spread our mission of connecting generations and empowering senior citizens to support businesses.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Creating and executing content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Writing and scheduling posts aligned with the brand’s tone and mission
- Designing basic graphics using tools like Canva or coordinating with designers
- Monitoring engagement and generating insights from analytics
- Researching current trends to suggest new content ideas
- Collaborating with internal teams for campaign planning and storytelling
- Ensuring consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Responding to messages, comments, and engaging with our audience
- Assisting with reporting and performance tracking
- Supporting special digital campaigns and initiatives as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
- Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or any scheduling software is a plus
- Organized, creative, and able to work independently
- Passionate about storytelling, branding, and making a social impact
- Open to learning and taking initiative

- Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines
