**Job Overview**:
The Remote Social Media Intern will support our social media team in executing various tasks related to content creation, community management, and analytics. This internship is unpaid and without stipend, offering valuable experience and exposure to the field of social media marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.

**Scheduling and Posting**:

- Schedule and publish social media posts using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Monitor the performance of posts and engage with followers through comments, messages, and mentions.

**Community Management**:

- Monitor social media channels for mentions of our brand, products, or services.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Assist in tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media campaigns, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports to analyze social media performance and provide insights for optimization.

**Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry benchmarks to inform our social media strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing and digital communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Access to reliable internet connection and necessary tools/software for remote work.
