We are aggressively expanding into the USA, Canada, and UK markets and are looking for a VP of Sales to drive revenue growth, build enterprise relationships, and lead a high-performance sales team.

Role Overview

As the VP of Sales at Pentoz Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for IT services, staffing, and enterprise solutions. You will lead a team of BDMs, SDRs, and account managers, ensuring that we meet our revenue targets while expanding into international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue in software development, IT consulting, AI, the metaverse, and cybersecurity.
  • Own the sales P&L, ensuring revenue growth aligns with Pentoz's $10B vision.
  • Target enterprise clients, startups, and mid-market companies in the USA, Canada, and UK.
  • Optimize sales funnels, lead conversion rates, and cost per lead (Meta: $25, LinkedIn: $100).
  • Leverage AI-driven sales automation, CRM tools, and outbound strategies.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with CTOs, CIOs, and decision-makers in target markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, focusing on IT services, software development, and staff augmentation.
  • Expand Pentoz's enterprise partnerships and consulting opportunities.
  • Work with marketing teams to drive high-quality inbound and outbound lead generation.

Team Leadership & Expansion

  • Hire, train, and manage a global sales team, including BDMs, SDRs, and account executives.
  • Set sales KPIs, performance incentives, and commission structures.
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture with data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to align sales with project execution.

Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify new technology trends and emerging markets (e.g., AI, the Metaverse, Cybersecurity, XR).
  • Develop strategic alliances with tech companies, VCs, and enterprise partners.
  • Explore government and enterprise-level contracts for large-scale IT projects.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, SaaS, or staffing sales.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ enterprise deals and scaling sales teams.
  • Experience selling custom software solutions, AI, cloud services, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales, enterprise sales cycles, and lead generation strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the USA, Canada, and UK IT markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and AI-driven sales strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Base Salary: Competitive (₹30L – ₹1CR based on experience).
