**ColorPencil** is searching for a dynamic Chief Sales Officer to join our team and take ownership of expanding our presence in key marketplaces. As a self-starter with a passion for sales and business development, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships

Position: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Location: India

Reports To: CEO

Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: Up to ₹18 lakhs per annum
- **Role Overview**_:
The CSO will lead our sales strategy, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in creating and managing sales funnels, penetrating new markets, and achieving consistent year-over-year growth.
- **Responsibilities**_:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and run the entire sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Market Penetration: Identify and crack new markets, creating multiple sales funnels to drive growth.
- Overseas Sales: Develop and oversee international sales strategies to expand the company's global presence.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve year-over-year targets and demonstrate steady revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- **Qualifications**_:

- MBA from a top-tier B-school.
- 10 years of experience in managing and running an entire sales team.
- Proven track record of creating multiple sales funnels and achieving consistent growth.
- Strong experience in overseas sales strategies and market penetration.
- Prior experience as a VP or Country Head is a significant advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
