CyberFort Tech is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and operations. This is an equity-based leadership role, offering ownership in the company's growth and long-term success. The CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to drive financial planning, compliance, and investor confidence while enabling rapid scaling in the cybersecurity and education sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with CyberFort Tech's vision.

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support executive decision-making.

  • Provide insights on capital allocation, investment opportunities, and risk management.

  • Financial Operations

  • Oversee preparation of accurate financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards.

  • Manage company audits, regulatory compliance, and governance standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

  • Executive Collaboration

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to guide strategic initiatives.

  • Contribute to investor outreach, fundraising, and equity structuring.

  • Ensure financial discipline while enabling innovation and rapid execution.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in finance leadership, corporate strategy, or startup scaling.

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, compliance, and capital management.

  • Excellent communication skills for investor relations and executive collaboration.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance risk, speed, and credibility.

  • Experience in equity-based or co-founder-style roles preferred.
