**Job Title**: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across all technical aspects of our organization. The CTO will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, managing the engineering teams, overseeing product development, and ensuring our technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and future-ready.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to support overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the engineering, development, and IT teams.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality products and solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, security, and system reliability.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Manage the company’s technology budget and resources effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the company’s technology complies with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Represent the company’s technical vision to partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top technology talent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role.
- Extensive experience with software architecture, product development, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to align technology with business strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling technology teams and systems.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

Pay: ₹25,945.14 - ₹100,000.00 per month
