**Remote** (Hiring office located in India)We are looking f a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our companys technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicat and public speaker, we would like to meet you.

**Requirements**:

- stack developer, Data Scientist Similar role with 7+ years of experience in product development.
- Extensive experience on WdPress and me
- Hands on Coding experience in multiple programming languages.
- Good knowledge of framewks and platfms and CMS systems.
- Expert technical architect has implemented micro-service based architecture and understands best practices to optimize perfmance
- Good wking experience in Multi-Objective Optimization is preferred, along with exposure to Metaheuristic Optimization.
- Essential experience of Software Engineering Techniques, Source Control software like (Git), Design Patterns, Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of AWS required f cloud set up and configuration.
- Knowledge of container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, etc.)
- Highly motivated & loves to own his/ her wk
- Creative self
- starter who is comftable with both taking initiative and wking in teams
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies
- Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing
- Proven experience as a CTO similar leadership role
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, architect and innovate the technology platfm on web & apps to achieve seamless user experience of our product offerings across platfms to end customer.
- Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Exclusively use best practices in code development and deployment.
- Manage an in
- house tech team and look fward to leading and nurturing them.
- Develop, implement and monit a security policy to secure access to infmation, data, IT infrastructure including physical and netwk infrastructure and other IT assets and to minimize the risk of loss, pilferage and / unauthized duplication usage of the same.
- Help define IT training needs and provide training as required to ensure the most effective use of computer systems
- Develop and maintain overall framewk of IT policies, standards, and strategies.
- Ensure delivery of IT services on time, in budget and meeting requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain an awareness of new developments in infmation technology throughout the company and ensure that the company makes the best use of any such developments.

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monit KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological perfmance
