As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. We are looking for a hands-on professional with fluency in web development, API integration, and a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and vision for the development and implementation of our technology roadmap. - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our software products and solutions. - Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our technical infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and innovation within the organization.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a technical leader, preferably as a CTO or in a similar leadership role. - Strong expertise in web development, API integration, and software architecture. - Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies. - Track record of successfully scaling and managing technical teams. - Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
