- 3+ years of experience in full-stack blockchain development
- Bachelor of Engineering or BSc. or Btech in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Expertise in high-paced startups and a particular interest in data, blockchain, and AI.
- Demonstrated ability to build something from scratch using the best and most suitable technology
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and how it can be applied to various industries
- Experience leading and managing technical teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

**What you'll do**:

- Leading the technical direction of the company and ensuring that all technical decisions align with the company's goals and objectives
- Working closely with the CEO and other executives to identify and prioritize technical projects that will drive the company forward
- Building and managing a team of full-stack developers, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations, to ensure that all technical projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technological developments and identifying opportunities for the company to leverage new technologies
- Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps and plans to guide the company's growth and development
- Ensuring that the company's technical infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient
- Demonstrating expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
- Contributing to the overall vision and strategy of the company as a member of the executive team

This platform will help end-user to have complete control over identities, secure from hackers as it is decentralized, full selective disclosure, always available, and accessible to third parties only after authorization, resilient to censorship and ID deletion, and Persistent ID which cannot be taken away from the user, owner user only managed and accessible wallet, Id and data are portable with interoperable technology between process and organizations, mínimalistic disclosure where process need the least amount of data for a task. As part of our solution to any organization such as a company, institute, government, or any other entity they would have an SDK or API interface that helps them to manage and build solutions out of these solutions across all the applicable verticals of industries and some of them are Fintech, Healthcare, Utilities, Supply chain, Smart Cities, Social platforms, e-commerce and many more. We would be able to provide the required trust between the organizations and their stakeholders using knoct. We design with Identity and trust being a core part of our design and solution companies will be able to based on users' acceptance of permissions to access and get background, behavior, preferences, the context of requirements and help with their self-enhancement, relationships, entertainment, commerce, information. We also maintain a trust score for every user's identity like the CIBIL score which helps the users & companies to understand how much they can trust each other. Self-sovereign identity becomes the center of verifiable connections, verifiable data, and a private data exchange platform.
