**Job Title**: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Founding Team Member
**Location**: Remote / Bangalore (Hybrid - post fundraise)
**Experience Required**: 12+ years mandatory
**Compensation**: Up to ₹50 LPA (post-fundraise) + Competitive ESOPs(not negotiable)

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a visionary and hands-on **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to join us as a founding team member. If you're passionate about building AI-first platforms that transform industries, this is your opportunity to architect and scale a disruptive product in a high-growth sector.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, and execution for a cutting-edge AI matching platform (investor-startup, talent-tech, or similar use cases).
- Build and manage the engineering team from scratch — from hiring to culture.
- Collaborate closely with product and business leads to ship and iterate fast on MVPs.
- Set up infrastructure, tech stack, DevOps, security protocols, and scalability standards.
- Represent technology vision to future investors and stakeholders.
- Guide long-term innovation, especially in AI, data science, and ML pipelines.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **12+ years** of full-stack engineering or AI/ML experience, with at least **5 years in a senior leadership role**.
- Proven ability to **architect complex platforms**, preferably in AI matching, marketplace tech, or fintech.
- Strong grasp of **cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)**, **ML Ops**, **NLP**, and **large-scale backend systems**.
- Track record of building **scalable, secure SaaS or B2B platforms**.
- Experience working with early-stage startups or building from scratch is **highly preferred**.
- Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- **Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field is **mandatory**.

Pay: ₹3,600,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
