About the Organization The organization operates as a multi-industrial ecosystem, encompassing existing and upcoming ventures across diverse domains including but not limited to technology, research & development, professional services, consulting, trade, digital platforms, and allied strategic sectors. The enterprise is in an active growth and consolidation phase, where systems, leadership depth, and operational governance are being scaled in parallel with expansion. The Board seeks a foundational executive leader who is not merely an operator, but a co-architect of the ecosystem.

Purpose of the Role The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will act as the central execution authority of the organization, responsible for: Translating the Board's strategic vision into executable operations Building, aligning, and governing multi-industrial workflows Creating scalable systems, leadership pipelines, and accountability structures Driving disciplined growth across ongoing and new ventures Ensuring operational excellence, ethical governance, and long-term sustainability This role is designed for an individual who believes in ownership, long-term growth, and institution-building, rather than short-term compensation. Compensation Structure (Critical Disclosure) No fixed remuneration will be provided during the initial 4–6 months of engagement. This period is intended for: Strategic immersion Operational restructuring Leadership establishment Performance demonstration Post evaluation, based on clearly observable outcomes and Board assessment: A fixed executive compensation will be assigned Additional performance-linked incentives, equity-linked options, or leadership privileges may be considered at the Board's discretion This structure is non-negotiable and applies uniformly. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Execution & Governance Convert Board-approved strategies into actionable operational plans Establish execution roadmaps for short-term, mid-term, and long-term growth Ensure alignment of all ventures with the organization's vision, values, and governance standards Act as the principal operational advisor to the Board 2. Multi-Industrial Operations Management Oversee and integrate operations across multiple verticals and ventures Design standardized operating procedures adaptable to diverse industries Build inter-venture synergies and eliminate operational silos Ensure consistency in performance metrics, reporting, and accountability 3. Leadership & Organizational Development Build and mentor second-line and third-line leadership Define role clarity, authority matrices, and delegation frameworks Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, ethical conduct, and execution discipline Identify leadership gaps and recommend strategic appointments 4. Ecosystem Growth & Venture Expansion Support incubation, launch, and scaling of new ventures Conduct operational due diligence for expansion initiatives Evaluate feasibility, scalability, and risk of new business models Drive structured growth rather than opportunistic expansion 5. Performance Management & Reporting Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all operational units Review performance dashboards and initiate corrective actions Present periodic operational reports to the Board Ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels 6. Risk, Compliance & Process Integrity Identify operational, legal, financial, and reputational risks Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations Build internal controls and escalation mechanisms Maintain institutional credibility with partners, stakeholders, and regulators Authority & Decision-Making The COO will have: Enterprise-wide operational authority Decision-making powers delegated by the Board Direct oversight of functional heads and venture leads Responsibility to escalate critical matters to the Board in a timely manner Eligibility & Experience Experience Criteria No minimum years of experience requirement Open to professionals from: Corporate leadership Startups and scale-ups Consulting and advisory roles Entrepreneurs and founders Cross-domain professionals What matters is capability, maturity, ownership mindset, and leadership depth.
