The Chief Financial and Accounts Officer (CFAO) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of BEST Innovation University. The CFAO will be responsible for overseeing the university's financial operations, strategic financial planning, budgeting, and compliance with applicable regulations. The role demands a highly skilled and experienced individual capable of driving financial efficiency and supporting the institution’s educational mission through sound financial management
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in India.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
- Experience in managing financial operations in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in a higher education institution or knowledge of the educational sector’s financial requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
