**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial **Investor and Chief Medical Officer (CMO)** to join our leadership team. This role requires a seasoned medical professional who will bring both capital investment and expertise to drive the clinical vision and strategy for TruVita Wellness Inc. As CMO, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our technology with the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and market demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Leadership**:

- Define the clinical vision for TruVita Wellness and ensure the platform meets high-quality patient care standards.
- **Investment Contributions**:

- Commit financial investment to support the growth and scalability of TruVita Wellness.
- Act as a strategic partner in securing additional funding rounds and building investor confidence.
- **Regulatory and Compliance Oversight**:

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and FDA standards, for AI-driven medical technologies.
- Oversee clinical safety protocols, risk management, and ethical practices.
- **Partnerships and Outreach**:

- Build relationships with healthcare organizations, providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent TruVita Wellness at industry conferences and events to establish credibility and promote the platform.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the business model, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the medical and product development teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical and/or healthcare leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of AI in healthcare, telemedicine, and digital health technologies.
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance and clinical innovation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to invest capital into the company.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in startup environments or healthcare innovation.
- Familiarity with fundraising, venture capital, or equity investments.
- Knowledge of the US healthcare market and payer systems.
